      The company places too much emphasis on the development plan as the sole criterion for determining raises and promotions, without adequately recognizing the actual contributions and efforts of the staff. As a result, the wrong individuals are often promoted, and workload distribution becomes uneven, with a few employees shouldering the majority of the responsibilities. Despite receiving consistent negative feedback over the past year, the director of the Nordic department has not taken sufficient action to address these issues or implement positive changes

      Fair pay, good benefits. For now great work-life balance, hope does not change.

      Cons

      Not only the new department structure makes no sense, it also completely eliminated any growth opportunities for the employees. We have many high performers within the team, yet no recognition or promotion happens from within. Company claims that they promote internal growth and highly encourage taking your career to the next step, yet its very far from the reality, at least in my department. Recent changes in management placed highly skilled and experienced personnel under underqualified management hired externally, which is causing a lot of frustration and demotivation in the team, as well as disruption in achieving set goals. The current structure creates silos and inefficient way of working.
