      Pros

      To be fair there are some pros. The company is large and stable with decent benefits

      Cons

      Make no mistake, if it wasn’t for the decent benefits few in claims would continue working here. Expect endless days full of stress with limited support. Managers are moved from different departments and often do not understand the job they are suppose to be managing. Expectations are completely unrealistic and while the company never misses a chance to tell their employees how much they care for them their actions show quite the opposite. Significant number of people are off on stress leave at any given time. Company is constantly changing work flows to the point that no one knows what’s going on. Management is rarely promoted on merit but rather on who showers management with praise on their new ideas.

      Hybrid work, nice office, average salary

      Cons

      If you have a toxic manager, even if you face bullying, harassment or discrimination, HR or the top management will do nothing but listen. A lot of turnover, burn out and useless stress. Be wise and choose your manager carefully or you will live an absolute nightmare. Forget about being promoted or moving to another departement.
