      Intact Lab false start up

      great benefits, great office, starting agile process, design thinking approach, great tools

      Cons

      Intact Lab is a fantasy working on building cloud for 4 months and then break apart everyone for "a new team structure". Toxicity and fake friendly colleagues more interested in politic move than delivery real values. This Intact lab is just a bunch of toxic cool kid with knives behind your back. You can't trust anyone here and you can be fired in a minute just because you are not anymore the cool kid in town.

      Can’t trust Intact

      Pros

      They provide your biweekly salary payments on time. I realize that is a requirement of all employers, but really it’s the only pro I can think of.

      Cons

      The direct management can be fine if you’re extremely lucky but they promote employees based on their willingness to toe the company line as opposed to their knowledge of what the job entails. Company wide correspondence is all “hooray we’re an inclusive environment, we’re a family!” One on one they are bully’s and they cannot be trusted to remain true to their word. Ironic coming from an insurance company
