      Pros

      great people ad very flexible working arrangement. those does contribute the fact the company exists for 300 years.

      Cons

      lots of uncertainties lately. was in multiple acquisition talk and was almost bought out last year(2015). even though that's the nature of the competitive P&C market, it's a bit uneasy to go through the current period of time.

      - Salaries below industry standards - P&C Insurance Industry is unstable due to climate change, which means that company performance is completely unpredictable. Therefore, salaries and bonuses are negatively affected despite employees' hard work.

      Pros

      Good people, enjoy working with majority of them. Flexible working (flex days) and occasional home working.

      Cons

      Upper management, salary levels, career progression, development. Any of the above are appalling. Whether it be no budget to train you for changing aspects of your role, dangling carrots of promotion only to never follow through with them, or even reviewing salaries to bring them in line with market value. RSA have slipped drastically over the last 5-7 years.
