      Pros

      No pros worst organisation I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Staff belittle clients and have reduced them to tears. Staff are actively encouraged by managers to falsify client records in order for them to be sanctioned. Bullying by management towards staff and from staff to clients.

      Want to be made to feel guilty for leaving on time? Ingeus is the place for you. Want to be a punching bag for a manager who hates where their life ended up? Ingeus is the place for you. Want to be made to feel so bad about occasional illness that you come to work unwell? Ingeus is the place for you. Want to be on the same wage when you leave as when you join even though you meet every KPI they throw at you? Ingeus is the place for you. Want to be given an unrealistic caseload which can't possibly be achieved while benefitting any of the learners? Ingeus is the place for you. Want to come to work everyday and add nothing to society through a company who basically indirectly steals money off the tax payer while pretending to deliver training? Ingeus is the place for you.

      The team because you are literally all running through the same minefield and need to support each other.

      Cons

      The Management protecting each other if you complain about one of them and then creating obstacles for your complaint in order for you to drop it.
