Old-fashioned, rigid structure. No flexibility whatsoever. Management only cares about money, not customers nor employees. Feels very much like a government company and not in the good sense. On top of that very flemish, no international mentality whatsoever.

You will not do any course. they told you that you can but when you ask for the approval you will not receive any answer. When you have some issue or doubt you will be alone, no one answer you and when ( after weeks and a lot of e mail to ask an answer) you receive an email with confused and unclear answer ( maybe they have forgotten your question in all this time). not trust about what they told you, they will try to tell you what they prefer. It is very complex to find a honest person that helps you and not tells you things only to give an advantage to GFI. You will feel like money machine, you need to product and do not ask anything, if you think to come in this company good luck.
