Pros
Fulltime employee, health insuranse, some times they give you bonuses(depends on project), give a laptop with pretty good specs to work and renew it after two years.
Cons
When they started operations they hire you fulltime now they hire you as sub-contractor or outsource. Difficult to get a salary raise, seems that it depends on who you know and not your actual skills They have CMMi level 3 but as many companies in Mexico is mostly paperwork. In Queretaro city, they have only one customer and is very hard to cope with.
