Indra is a one of the biggest company acting in vast area of technology but also inserted in the business segment, such as governamental segments. Therefore this is a good place to harmonize the technological skills and bussiness analysis. To enrichment of knowledge in both area, technical and non technical.

Cons

The large companies such as Indra, sometimes the largest number of employee it's easy to lost in the crowd. Then to know the all levels in the company it's a little bit hard.

It's a nice place to start; where you can learn a lot (from others peers). Usually, salaries are OK (compared with other companies in the field), but compensations are good (e.g. health insurance). Some positions include bonuses at the end of the year.

Cons

Not a good place if you are planning to do a career in IT. Also, if you are very concerned about using/working with cutting edge technologies/tools, this is definitely not your place.
