      Chance to work with big projects, national and international ones. Nice benefits, like car, inculded for senior personnel

      Very bad hiring policy. The company has lots of dificulty in maintaining valuable employees. Each area acts for its own sake, regardless of the rest of the company. Colaboration between areas is very bad
