      A very young company fit for today's generation

      Pros

      Everything in the company is geared towards the overall and holistic growth of the employees. The company somehow grabs competent employees of today's generation. The projects are exceptional and something that you can be proud of.

      Cons

      A bit young so it is still learning. This means that the company is still prone to a lot of mistakes. There would be a lot of experimenting going on with regards to management and how employees would address client concerns. Salaries are competitive with the other companies but; ultimately, will not justify the efforts delivered by the employee.

      Pros

      Most of the time you'll get a good PM and he or she will guide you as a fresh grad. I was lucky enough to get a great PM. The company itself was professional and you can't avoid some team members to be unprofessional as they were fresh grads themselves. They have an awesome sportsfest and have that collegiate feel to them. For older people, this company will make you feel young again. This is also a good place to start wherever else as it's a client-based thing and you get to deal with potential future employers.

      Cons

      The salary could have been better. Raises were done annually and minimally. For a fresh grad, it's an average to above-average rate but for people with experience, try something else.

      Good company if you like to travel

      Pros

      If you and your family like to travel and spend months or years in attractive locations, this company is very good for it. During my 17 years career in the company I had worked on projects in 7 different countries spending at least one year in each of them. That was a life changing experience for me and my family.

      Cons

      Salary increases during the last 7-8 years practically do not existed (only 15% during the whole period). Poor middle management.
