Pros
multi-lingual staff Can have fun....sometimes. varied tasks meet very interesting customers everyday. get to know the locals. interesting products, new things in all the time.
Cons
poor management of staff, low staffing levels when busy. can be very stressful. high turn over of people. management insists in hiring students who leave after 2 months because the job isn't worth the stress. many language barriers between staff. often they speak very little english. store visits by head office management:you would think the queen was visiting. If your Spanish, you'll be fine. if your not. you'll have to work little harder to impress. ugly uniform. lots of heavy lifting, manual work .
