Pros

Balance family and working life. Big size company with lots of different areas. Multicultural and multilimngual atmosphere. Environmental and sustainability commitment.

Cons

Scarce promotion. Burocracy in every activity. Distance between high staff and employees. Corporate departments located in Bilbao, far away from core business.

Pay for area and free benefits

Cons

You have to suck up to get any kind of recognition. The bonus and raises are given to the biggest suck ups not the hardest workers. Run like a union even though it's not.
