Great compensation and benefits with career opportunities for those that have the drive and motivation. Excellent upper management in my Region that truly care.

Cons

Watch so many people come through and suck up to the boss and get better raises and bonuses which were not based off there knowledge or work ethic. Come in late every day and still get the best bonus and raise. Gossip with the Boss get the best bonus.
