Great Place to work, but not stable

Solid salary, great benefits, good people to work with and for, uses up-to-date IT to their advantage

Cons

The work is billable to their clients. So even if you are a superstar employee - if the project ends and they don't have another one lined up to put you on then you're out of a job (no matter how well you performed).

Good benefits: time off, pension plan, 401K and work-life balance. If you need to work from home, it's no big deal. Great place to work with all types of pharma clients

Cons

Working with goverment solutions were horrible, they were unorganized with a high turnover rate. Management showed favoritism, which didnt allow much advancement in other careers.
