      Not a lot of opportunity to advance within the company. Management hired without knowledge of the business makes it hard to take their advice. Lower than most companies on the pay scale.

      Pros

      Good benefits and good brand recognition as a company to work for. The right department can really make your career there worth-while. Lots of opportunity to learn with continuous education opportunities. Lots of volunteer opportunities.

      Cons

      Financial Reporting Department has an extremely negative work environment that is portrayed down from management. Management is extremely negative and makes staff's life miserable. It creates a bad environment and no matter how hard you work, no appreciation is ever shown.
