- Lack of respect. Most senior management is egoistic and think their opinions are not opinion but orders. - Poor infrastructure, hygene etc. Sad but true. They control cost so much that they avoid hiring people to clean bathrooms, they switch off ACs during afternoon, to keep lights on you need special permission, don't allow you to take more than one serving of the snack in the evening etc. etc. - Always look for fast work than quality work and then they blame you for defects - Too much Chinese. There is very little value of the Indian voice. Senior management is like Chinese boot licking and they often buutter up the Chinese employees openly - Salary and benefits have dwindled to lower than services companies like Wipro and Infosys - Often change policies to cheat the employees. Like changing a policy and make it effective from a past date - Try to bring in new things without realizing the necessities. Like Agile only to increase pressure on the employees. - There is a new system where they take your exam before promoting you or confirming you - Overall there are many other companies who will pay you better and give you better work environment. Don't be in a hurry to join this company

1) Work - Life Balance will be pathetic 2) E2E management is taken literally with Wires, Switches are also your responsibilities. 3) If you don't have good network with Chinese managers and indian managers you will be doomed 4) You can not learn from your mistakes & Once you got screwed, you will always be screwed(like a scape goat) 5) Worst Training Management...Employees have to learn everything by themselves (except freshers)
