The pay is stable, each month the same day. Each year the salary gets a certain increase.

Cons

The employees are considered numbers, not persons. They are trated as such.

Challenging IT environment with bleeding edge technologies and continuous investment into IT. Broad range of technologies at all levels (infrastructure, communications, devops, architecture, development). Continuous growth. Lots of internal opportunities, even in other international companies of the group.

Cons

Process and bureaucracy still needs to be improved.
