      - The bar downstairs is good.

      - No parking space for everybody. - Rude or not-so-smart managers. - Processes. - Zero career progression. - Releases at midnight or 4am.

      Good atmosphere. Dynamic environment that allows learning. In general good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Big differences regarding values and goals depending on your boss/department. Few promotions. In some departments politics are more important than people real capacity.
