Personally I couldn't complain about the salary

Cons

-No mentorship at all, whatever efforts you put to improve processes are pushed back killing pro-activity and you feel like rusting after 2 months. -They sell you the company as a fast growing business during the negotiation than you realize they are trying to keep up with the surrealistic budget figures by firing people every week. -There's no team culture each Director is just trying to protecting it's own space

The amount of technologies you will get in touch

Cons

Company is continously being sold and buy by different owners, there is ZERO stability here. You can work yesterday, and tomorrow be fired. Also there are people on Israel thinking they are a superior race and therefore you should do whatever they say. But the FINAL ACTION is on Palma, where the HQ are. But is annoying.
