Nice co-workers / employees (in general)

Terrible management, high rotation rate of employees, low salary and huge amount of work and stress, dirty office building with no ventilation-fresh air at all.

Learning to be multitasking.

Cons

It is the worst company I worked in my life. They don't value the good work, just numbers... They want you to be a robot and pick up calls without relating to good quality service. They just care about how many calls you pick up a day. The supervisors don't take care of the employees, they don't care about them as long as you do the job... I felt a nobody there...
