Pros

Good potential for bonuses in the field. Competitive pay after getting some experience. Many opportunities, including overseas.

Cons

Weak training for employees. Essentially thrown into the fire. Terrible work life balance. Could work 10 days straight with very few days off. Don't value employees.

Good training and exposure to the industry. Lots of experiences they well help to develop you as an engineer in the petroleum industry.

Cons

Extremely long and tiring hours and loads of driving. management treats you like a piece if meat. Lowest pay in the industry

good training facilities provided to new trainees and new joined staffs. Very experienced staffs, helping NJ staffs to properly understand their work environment and duties.

Cons

intensive labour/work. Harsh climatic conditions esp in U.A.E wherin the heat soars upto 45 deg celcius.
