Good pay and benefits. There is room for advancement. Big on safety.(depending on PSL)

Cons

Management is never proactive. They would send us out on jobs without the equipment necessary to fully do our jobs. Make an educated guess on your reports. Very long hours.

Big company. Employees there are nice and friendly.

Cons

Bad management. Managers only do what they want to do and do not take advices from the people who work under them, even highly technical and experience people. And most managers have very little technical skills.
