stable company, strong support for family value, the CEO does excellent job in my view

Cons

because it is drilling company, software is support role, it is not good place for software developer to have career path, might exception for landmark, but not for others.

OPen to new ideas, flexible working arrangements can be negotiated with management, good information sources , fairly good knowledge exchange among product and services lines.

Cons

Administrative processes are erratic and very difficult to understand and grasp. CHanges are not properly communicated, understood and executed. Decision regarding organization changes might take months and even years before any results can be expected.
