OPen to new ideas, flexible working arrangements can be negotiated with management, good information sources , fairly good knowledge exchange among product and services lines.

Cons

Administrative processes are erratic and very difficult to understand and grasp. CHanges are not properly communicated, understood and executed. Decision regarding organization changes might take months and even years before any results can be expected.
