Cons

Managemnt doesn't seem to care about the people who make things happen on the shop floor. No room for growth and slow pay raises

Pros

Great co-workers-experienced, sincere and committed.

Cons

No clarity on career advancement/progression. You are left to your own devices most of the time and while competence is rewarded the 'Buddy' system for job placements is pervasive

Pros

Excellent learning opportunity in your chosen field, given that they have a "sink or swim" environment and 70 hour work week expectations.

Cons

Although they preach that "Employees are our biggest asset", that is clearly not the case. Management (with the exception of an elite few) uses you like a sponge and has no qualms about throwing you away.
