Halliburton is a very process oriented company. QA/QC level is extremely tight and scrunitized to the tiniest details, and everyone in the team knows what to do.

Cons

The department is being run like a military boot camp. There's no room for error. A lot of the members in the team are working in fear because the captain that runs the ship is very toxic. High employee turnaround rate goes to prove this point.
