Pros

Salary & on site gym. Great job for students or someone looking for a temporary job and is in it just for money.

Cons

No career progression. Risk of redundancy. No support from management. Worked for HSBC for over 10 years in various departments. Constant risk of redundancy. Very little opertunity for career advancement. Wrong people in management. Unrealistic expectations on staff. Little support from management. Abusive customers with management not caring or avoiding responsibility of taking escalated calls.
