      HKA is a great place to work, grow and play…this is what our colleagues tell us, so your review is extremely different. I do need to present the correct fact base – we have authentic reviews on Glassdoor and we don’t need to “write fake reviews” as you assert. I am sorry for you that you did not enjoy your time at HKA, that is a shame and certainly not what we want for any colleague. I respect that this post is your opinion, notwithstanding that I do see HKA very differently to you and our engagement survey results from our people present a very positive HKA. We had a 92% participation rate in our engagement survey which we were very pleased with. Overall, how satisfied are you working at HKA? Scored 7.9 out of 10 How likely is it you would recommend HKA as a place to work? 7.8 out of 10 I feel like I am given enough freedom to decide how to do my work. 8.4 out of 10 My manager provides me with the support I need to complete my work. 8.3 out of 10 Employee health and wellbeing is a priority at HKA. 8.0 out of 10 I recognize that we are seeing things differently, which is what makes the world go around. Thank you also for everything you do which helps us make HKA even better and bigger, as we have a growth mindset and agenda. Wonderful that you have stayed at HKA for over twenty years; you will have seen many changes and have helped us to keep improving. Roll on the next few years positively! I do agree with you – the comradeship is first class here. It is a real pleasure to work with our people and we try really hard to put them first too. Always more to do here. Sorry that sometimes we have so many initiatives on the go. I am sure we can do more to manage this better; although the intent is positive. Thank you for noting that HKA has great people; which I agree with. I am sorry that you feel there was "poor oversight and inadequate support". I respect that these are your feelings; notwithstanding that, I do see this differently.
