Pros

Guaranteed full time hours, great discount. Good holiday bonuses with realistic goals for it.

Cons

misplanned monthly goals, makes it possible to may some months and impossible to make others. Management thinks they're way more entitled than the rest when they are hardly there.

Great clothing allowance & healthy discount. Benefits package was generous.

Cons

It was literally like being in the movie - "Devil Wears Prada". Suggesting I loose weight ( 5 pounds) while reviewing my meal selections. Being barked at like a dog & working very long hours without a shred of appreciation or acknowledgment. Don't expect to have a personal life, as upper management didn't care or have one themselves.
