Pros

Discounts on products and that’s that

Cons

Management provides no vision to employees, you work alone, with no team environment, forcing you to focus on single tasks with no opportunity to understand the company vision or direction

Pros

Discounts but only for full-timers and part-timers

Cons

Working with Gucci Flagship Sydney was probably the worst mistake I've ever made. The management lacks communication to the team and treats casuals/ contractors/ those with working visas (basically if you're not a full-timer) very poorly. Apart from that, the environment is extremely competitive as it is commissioned based, with some full-timers getting angry at you when you accidentally serve their client. The management promotes a hostile environment to the team in which they do not support you when you make a mistake, but rather names and shames you. Seriously expected so much more when I started working here but all I've seen is a hierarchical based system in which the managers sees their team purely as a money maker.

Pros

Salary was good considering the role Commission Structure was somewhat satisfactory Work iPhone provided Lunch Vouchers scheme Staff discount was 50%

Cons

Very poor management who sit on their backside all day. Negative morale and a very high ego work environment. Managers love "playing favourite". Certain staff members think they are very superior with a big ego problem. New starters are given no shop floor training and left to wonder around like headless chickens. Staff are openly rude to customers and mock them (and colleagues) behind there back. Many empty promises are made by management and staff. Alliances amongst longer serving staff can make it hard for new starters to fit in.
