Once a great place to work but not so much anymore

No pros left anymore. Once upon a time a great place to work.

Cons

Senior management hired without any relevant knowledge or qualifications. Previous GM preferred hiring based on favouritism instead of competency or work attitude. Team members are treated badly. One particular head of team is known to scream at team, does not allow team to take leave while taking leaves for self. Senior management is unpopular and manipulates situations to suit themselves. Employee satisfaction is a thing of the past.

Toxic place, they don't get a lot of sales and they will blame employee because of their low traffic. Sometimes they wanted us to steal contacts from other luxury client advisors. They will make you feel that you're never enough!
