      Pros

      The ambience is great and very friendly. There is a big brand of projects where you can work. Perks are ok. There is also a lot of mobility, if you want to work abroad they probably can send you there.

      Cons

      Salaries are not top and you work long hours. It's difficult to move up, which causes experienced people to leave the company.

      You get to work at projects for big spanish and international customers

      Cons

      Very badly managed, people get moved between projects, best practises are not followed at all, if even known. The salaries are very low, the section heads have in general very little social skills, the company is definitely old-fashioned, and will not even allow labour unions (you have to accept it when you sign the contract. I have seen many times the upper echelons lie to us, it definitely seems to be a company that cannot last for long, I have seen many colleagues leave in just one year, and there is a lot of nepotism
