      Pros

      - many committed and friendly employees who strive to do their best - it's a hybrid office allowing employees to chose whether to work from the office or remotely

      Cons

      - incompetent, manipulative and ruthless senior management - utter disregard for its employees' welfare - all about quantity not quality - Unhealthy drive for growth and narcissistic leadership incomplete contrast to company's motto 'healthy lives for a healthy planet'

From weekly MS Teams posts, to monthly CEO updates, an internal newsletter, OKR reviews, quarterly department reviews, open doors sessions, and our quarterly company-wide meeting.
