Pros

Good first experience for those wanting a step into the publishing world - but that’s it

Cons

The owners are ultimately responsible for a mediocre company with zero values or culture. Can only blame the junior middle management to a degree.

Pros

There is a great ambiance in this company. People are receptive to new ideas and people just starting their career can grow quickly. There is never a lack of friendly faces to eat lunch with or grab a drink.

Cons

The roles are very target oriented and can be high pressure. Extra hours are often expected. Changes happen frequently as well, so adaptability and resilience is a must!

Pros

Lots of room for professional growth, attended a lot of international conferences, enjoyed the teams i worked with.

Cons

Managers don't seem to have any experience prior to their roles and are promoted internally
