Pros

Top Quality People, highly motivated, multicultural, very specialized in each field. Most managers are truly interested in their team of people. You would be working with the technologic most innovative leader in this industry. You must be result driven as well, task and customer oriented type of person who likes challenges to grow.

Cons

Not any significant one that I can think of. Even if managers make mistakes, all are non intended and everybody works as a team to resolve all issues that usually arise from operations & customer service.

Zodiac Pool Systems is really a dream come true career. The corporate support is overwhelming in the best way. All the tools are provided to succeed in my current job and potential growth and upward movement is attainable. Work/life balance is an A+.

Cons

I would say the cons are more based on our industry not the company itself. Different markets provide different challenges in terms of customer drivers.

I have been in the pool industry for almost 40 years and have exposure and dealings with a wide variety of companies. Zodiac, while not the largest of the Top 3, is certainly the best. From our CEO all the way down to our service people and customer service, the culture is the best. We consistently strive to deliver top quality products, and keep our customers satisfied and loyal through support. The working conditions are top notch and i highly recommend Zodiac to anyone seeking employment in the swimming pool industry.
