      Pros

      Great team (young and international), flexible hybrid/remote working, and good benefits such as private healthcare, gym membership, etc. Fairly low-stress environment.

      Cons

      Salaries are generally low and very variable within the team, almost to the point of exploitation. It's quite common to be onboarding new team members who are earning a lot more than you (without valid justification from management). Opportunities for growth were also very badly managed while I was there. The company still has a start-up mentality (in terms of disorganisation), despite its growing size and level of investment.
