      Pros

      The people, work environment, leadership...Its the best place I have worked. The groups of people I have been exposed to are Quality conscience this is a plus because we understand a standard working together, thus teamwork is emphasized. It is very close to a campus atmosphere. It is easy to balance work life and personal life.

      Cons

      Competing for positions...You really have to network hard...you must really show your skills. There are some really bright people in FedEx however being bright is only part of the component that makes up our leadership. You must have social intellect as well (a people person). There are some people that move through the ranks lacking people skills, but eventually are weeded out.

      Pros

      Great Pay and benefits and a challenging job. The people are great and the projects are interresting.

      Cons

      The longer your here, the more they listen to you. If your new it can be frustrating. The company is doing OK now but times and the economy is changing. They really are trying everything to prevent laying off people. THey really seem to try and put the people first. Upper management is taking a hit just like the employees,

      Pros

      The majority of employees who work at FedEx consider themselves fortunate to be part of a great company whose visionary leader founded an entirely new industry 35 years ago. Those who have worked here for awhile are extremely proud of its heritage. FedEx was (and still is) built upon a philosophy of People First. I've personnaly seen our founder walk up to handlers and ask them about their job, what could be done better, etc. Our customers are our focus and delivering great service is our mission. If you have a passion to do all that you can to serve the customer, then we want you!

      Cons

      Organizations are composed of people and people are not perfect.
