Pros

Good pay and good benefits.

Cons

Management is the downside, they are the "best of the worst". They treat their employees with complete disregard and disrespect. You are not allowed to voice your concerns for fear of retalliation. Morale seems to be on an all time low due to the fact that we lost so many experienced employees and are now in the process of training new people so the trained and experience people are the ones having to pick up the slack. They continue to cut hours unless they need you on a day they are short then they will let you come in for extra hours but at the end of your work week they make you go home early so you don't go over your hours.

Pros

Benefits. the best thing about it all. that and if you want to work around aircraft.

Cons

Working nights, always part time, I think low pay. Some people at the company are there for advancement. Some are there for just the Sake of getting in the door to move up.

Pros

They offer up to $3,000 per calendar year in tuition reimbursement for college expenses (grades of "C" or higher required) as well as great benefits for part-time employees. They also offer many ways to climb the company ladder and have great leadership potentials. Paid vacation is offered to all employees, even part-time.

Cons

Odd hours compared to most jobs. anywhere from 3-6AM starting or 4-6PM starting, but shifts generally don't last more than 4-5 hours. There is lots of training and paperwork associated with most things, generally for good reason, but procedure sometimes rules over common sense, as with any workplace. Sometimes difficult to get time of when needed, but if you don't require lots of time off, then it works out ok.
