      Very promising company for growing if they becoming a real international .

      Cons

      Italian Family Company , You have to be Italian from south to have a future in there plan. Pure Top - Down routine in decision making process. No Time Management No Job Security No HR clear policy or professionals Repeat the same mistakes hundreds of times using the same tools and same personnel.

      Offers good training opportunities. Learning during the initial years of one's career is ample.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities! Lack of career progression for young dynamic professionals! In this day and age, Companies are offering well-defined career paths and eliminating all elements of career stagnation. This however, is not the case here...
