      Pros

      Company has international coverage and will offer you the opportunity to work in different countries if your manager likes you

      Cons

      Poor remuneration compared to industry average especially over here in Ghana. May be the policy is different in other locations. Growth and succession plans are not clearly defined and ones growth and develop depends on how one is liked by their manager, which to me is very unprofessional.

      Pros

      Good location, great benefits. Generally a great group of fellow employees. Depending on your manager you can have a lot of flexibility in working hours.

      Cons

      Difficult to be promoted because of rotating Italian management. Company deadlines are either strongly enforced or ignored - it makes for interesting scheduling.
