      Relaxed environment, good work- life balance

      Cons

      No meritocracy. If you know the right people you get promotions and benefits. If you don't, you will never get anywhere, no matter how hard you try or how good you are.

      Salary good, no real stress once you realise Milan's panics are all make believe.

      Cons

      Most Italians are completely useless. Everything is based on who you know. Dead weight management personnel are farmed out from corporate HQ as no one can be made redundant in Italy.

      Good work-life balance, low-pressure work environment, very collaborative and friendly environment. Good opportunities to learn and study.

      Cons

      compensation is not enough, no career growth opportunities, tough to advance within the company, bonus and salary increase do not happen every year.
