Strong parent company Decent growth opportunities Possibilities are there, they just don't try to win projects with clients based in the US which seems to defeat purpose of having an office here
Cons
US office has bad cultural divide, no sense of direction, uses big numbers of profit to portray a better state of the company, not a good portfolio of clients (all or mostly Spanish banks)
