      You get to work with intelligent people both within the team and cross functionally. They promote autonomy and problem solving

      Cons

      No direction, emphasis on ideation and autonomy without any way to execute. None of the roles align with the job description in practice. Feels directionless and reporting heavy

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
