Pros

Sonnedix stood out to me in terms of its culture, work/life balance, and opportunity to grow in my career. I am very happy with my decision, and it was clear it was the right one from the beginning. I onboarded a few months after having a baby, and the team in Miami made me feel valued and welcomed by providing me with a private space where I could pump. It's sometimes those little gestures that make all the difference, especially during a time when you are handling a new reality on a personal level. I was also very impressed with the robust onboarding in getting situated with the different functions and administrative training. Many places pride themselves on having a "work family" environment, but after being in the company for six months +, I genuinely feel and live it.

Cons

Growing company, some teams are small, so you may have to just embrace it and make the best of it. However, not so much of a con, if you look at it from the perspective of growth opportunity on a personal and professional level.
