1) Only some departments are allowed to join the Four Thirsty (not Service Desk) and honestly I feel sad drinking and having fun while watching other people still working till 6:00 PM on Friday.
2) The company has 10 years experience but they say they are a startup just because their Galway office is new while some people in there have been working for the same company for years. They use this to justify many things.
3) They say they are open to suggestions to improve themselves (because they are a startup...) but when you actually start talking they don't really listen to your point of view and this is so disappointing, they could just shut up at first instead of asking you, they should know they are not dealing with children. I have seen many people being very passionate about their role at the beginning and then losing their enthusiasm for this.
4) They promise a lot but don't deliver, it's just their strategy and this is the reason why many people after 6 months have left the company, after realizing their promises will never become true. It's just another call centre, they just want to look smarter than others. It is a very good place for a person with no job experience, not for somebody with experience who has been carefully selected and recruited.
