Pros

- They hire almost everyone, independently of your english level, experience, age or high...which is something other airlines don't do - You get to experience a diverse environment. Different collegues every day, different cultures, different routes, different schedule...you hardly get bored! - You usually work half month (but the days you work, you bloody do!

Cons

- Salary : a waitress earns more money than a Ryanair CC! - They dont pay for anything! You will have to arrange your lunch/water...if you get it onboard you will have to pay (unless you steal it.. as most CC do as it is 3EUROS for a 250ml!) - Crazy shifts! Some days (most of them) you will work more than 13h! - You travel all over Europe in the same day, but you don't get to see places! Not only you always fly back to your base at the ned of the day, but you don't even get off the plane!!!!! 13h on a plane!!!!!! - Unless you are based in one of the shittiest base in Europe (Dublin, London, Berlin...) you won't get promoted! - And if you get promoted, forget about having a life! You will be working double, for no much more money...

Pros

Decent salary, but still not enough, and not even comparable with other airlines, also the low cost ones.

Cons

Everything. The worst company I have ever worked for, 0, ZERO respect for the workers. Your are just a slave, that needs to sell as much scratch cards and products on board. If you don't do it? They will call you on your personal mobile and tell you that it's not acceptable and stuff like this, trying to scare you. I have seen people FIRED for this, and even for other stupid things. Also sometimes, it's SO unsafe! There's cabin crews, that I met, that literally don't know anything about this work, not even closing the doors properly. Absolutely a disaster, but yeah, you just need to sell as much as possible, who cares about the rest.. Also, you are not getting paid for OT, it doesn't even exist, usually you do 4 flights in a day, you could start at 5:00 AM (It means that you need to get up at 3:30 maybe, and be at the airport on time), and get back home after 5/6 PM, it happened to me a lot of times, and my health, was absolutely a disaster, I had to leave because I had a lot of medical conditions due to flying too much. I couldn't do that anymore.
