      Pros

      Working in such a diverse team where everyone respects each other and values different perspectives has been an amazing experience. Being surrounded by so many talented people truly helps you grow a lot. To be honest i was really positive surprised!

      Cons

      Not found a really con yet, maybe only thing that your team could be abroad from your city, and sometimes is nice have this physical contact.

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
