A consistently huge amount of turnover has been prevalent the last few months. There have been numerous changes in management and policies, especially in the NY office, including retroactive changes in quota structure. Many terminations and a general lack of transparent communication from management have left no sense of job security or trust. This creates a toxic culture that makes it even harder to sell a product that is already hindered by its own misleading marketing which largely sells false promises. Additionally, there is still no roadmap for growth and advancement despite management's long-standing promise to create one.
