      There is a positive working environment, great colleagues and interesting work. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other industries, and it is hard to get a pay increase. Management is too concerned with parity of pay across equivalent roles, which means pay increases based on merit are not forthcoming.

      Great writing, Top tier production

      Cons

      The male director never asked me once how I was doing or offer any advice to calm my nerves (on my first production ever with them) which lead to a burdensome recording process.

      It has become less about the product and the people and more about the profit. No room for advancement. More work, less people, less empathy.
