      *Great product! *Transparent, open and approachable management *Warm, genuine, collaborative and friendly people *Amazing culture *Hybrid work, work-life balance *Room for professional growth and development Panaya has made work interesting, challenging and exciting.       -Panaya has been the most open-door, friendly company I have ever worked for. -A true feeling of family when you work here. -All levels of management are available for support at any time. -Product development is quick and listens to the customers. -Comp plan is fantastic

      Cons

      -Your typical bumps of a young, small company. -Shifts in go to market plan make it challenging from a sales perspective. -Lots of changes, good and bad
