Pros
- Brilliant office atmosphere and team spirit, management and team leaders really care about the employees in both personal and work lives, which offers a great support system. - Given independence and responsibility from day to one to manage your own work and issues what come with it, however given support throughout and the opportunity to make mistakes and learn without being punished. -As a young individual it is very beneficial to be in an innovative company who does things different to it's competitors and similar industries related - There are no separate departments at Octopus and no vertical structure, employees are given responsibility to carry out all tasks from start to finish enabling a collaborative work space.
Cons
Not really considered a con, however the nature of the business means it is a very fast pace job, where things are constantly changing so employees must be able to adapt.
